G.I. Joe Comic Line Art

Here is a G.I. Joe Line art I did for a Project in my advanced Photoshop class.  Please let me know what you think of it.  (No copyright infringements were intended.  All photos were downloaded by the instructor of the class.)  I would like to dedicate this one to our U.S. Military; the REAL American Heroes.  The blac and white in your left is what the instructor gave us.  All the colors in the finished one, on the right, were taken from real military colors and the shells for the ammo are pictures of actual ammo being used by Our Military.  The flags used are real U.S. Battle flags.

HDR Photo Merge

The following is from a pop quiz in my Advanced Photoshop Class on HDR, as known as, ( High Dynamic Range Photography) Photo Merging.
The first five images are the same photo with various levels of exposure from under-exposed all the way to over exposed.  The sixth image is the HDR Photo.  Please let me know what you think.

Reseda High School C/O 60 Shoot

I'll be shooting the birthday party for Reseda High School Class of 1960 tomorrow Sunday 02/12/2012 up in Van Nuys.  Since I'm going to video everything I do from set-up to tear-down I'll be posting it on both my personal blog and maybe on my youtube channel.  So that the more experienced photographers can critique my work and the less experienced can learn from what I did right as well as what I did wrong.  Therefore they can learn from my mistakes.

Art 162 (Adv Photoshop) Project 1 Convention Poster

In this project we had to design a poster for a convention using nothing but Photoshop and the clip-art/images that were given to us.  The design of the poster is copy written by me Edward Dansby.  The copyrights of the products, logos and places in the poster are held by the companies they represent.

Spring 2012

Alot has happened since my last post.  I'm back in school and after this semester I'll be half-way to getting my Photography Certificate :)  .  Also I'm now a student member of Professional Photographers of Orange County or PPOC for short.  The link for PPOC is www.ppoc.org

I'm in two photography classes this semester, as well as, one art class.  Intro to photoshop.  My company that I founded Backup Productions http://memories-to-disc.com  The reunion company Pride Reunions www.pridereunions.com in addition to Pride Pac and Pride Portrait Co.  All four companies are now under a single "head" name Pride Portrait Co.

I'll be posting links for all the facebook accounts, pages, blogs, youtube account and the new website(s)/pages in as little as two weeks.
